Arleana Waller is from California. Hailing from a family of thirteen children, 10 girls and 3 boys, same mom and dad; it’s safe to say she was trained to be a great girlfriend from birth. An avid researcher and lover of words, she has a soft spot for women issues. Arleana’s goal is to influence women to catapult their lives with passion and check off as many exhilarating experiences as possible, then release, rejuvenate, and rejoice. Julio E. Lopez was born in Puerto Rico, but spent most of his adult life in the Bronx, New York. After graduating from Syracuse University, with a degree in communications, Julio worked in both real estate and travel/tourism. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas, but ferries to New York and Puerto Rico to be with his family. He is currently working on his next novel, his sequel, and works in a halfway house for ex-convicts.
LT Larkin is a native Texan; born in Jasper and raised in Houston. A proud mother of one son, Ms. Larkin was the recipient of The National Deans List Award receiving an AAS degree from The Art Institute of Houston and a B.S. in Culinary Business Management from The Art Institute of Atlanta. Accomplishing her goal as a culinary artist and becoming a chef training consultant, LT has shifted gears as she is diligently working towards becoming a bestselling author. Her first novel, Be Careful What You Wish For, was inspired by her surrounding personal encounters of selfish desires without considering the strings attached to each wish granted. This is a tale of moral judgment and the price tag associated when that decision is not thought all the way through.

Born in the hood and raised in the suburbs, Montague L. McKnight has been weaving life, through the looms of literature, using mediums of poetry, raps, and now novels for the greater half of his being. A Dallas native and a product of its schools, both public and private, his keen insight, regarding the power of the written word, was demonstrated early on and has since grown into what he now knows as his vocation, and his calling. Heather Jornay Perkins is from ‘Sunny’ South Dallas. Her passion for writing developed upon her graduation from Lincoln High School and entry into El Centro College. While in college, she won her first poetry contest and her prize winning piece, ‘Young Black Woman’, was placed on poetry.com. Winning the contest on such a real topic confirmed that Heather’s writings and topics of interest were leading her down the right path. Staying true to her homegrown roots, Ms. Perkins’ novel, Circles, keeps it real from beginning to end. It’s an exploration of the dangers of casual sex in any community.

Gilliam Benz is a savvy, quick-witted, and down to earth girl; a far stretch from her younger years. Growing up in Plano, Texas had its downside as she was labeled an outcast by her peers. Pamela Pujo, author of ‘A Journey Through Time’, is a native of Louisiana and currently resides in the Dallas, Texas. Pamela is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
